Matthew has been a follower of Jesus since a very early age.  He has been an active member of Hillside for more than 7 years, serving the fellowship in a variety of roles... from facilities set up and tear down (7 years), Children's Leadership Team, Worship Team, Student Leader (Clackamas HS FCA co-founder), Executive Youth Staff to his present role as Student Ministries Pastor.  He is a senior at Portland State University with a graduation scheduled in Spring of 2012.

Matt has a passion for teaching God's word with an expository fashion.  His other passions are evangelism, worship, prayer and missions.
